Like everyone, I love to eat pizza but I try to live healthy. Healthy foods always make me feel so good. If you try to live healthy, like me, this zucchini crust pizza is absolutely for you. It is thin, crispy and delicious. You’ll definitely love it!
                          Ingredients:
2 cup shredded zucchini
½ cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 485 F. Line a baking sheet on the pizza screen. Place shredded zucchini on a bowl. Add one tablespoon a salt. Set aside for 15 minutes. Squeeze the excess water of the zucchini by wrapping it up in the clean cheese cloth. Combine the shredded zucchini, egg, flour, cheese and salt.
Combine mixture with a spoon then transfer on the parchment paper that press zucchini dough into the circle shape.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and add desired favorite sauce, cheese. ( or add pepperoni) Return to the oven, bake for another 8 minutes.
