Dukkah is Middle Eastern Spice which is very delicious. I had started to use Dukkah for yogurt, soups, roasted vegetables and olive oil for dipping ( dip the bread in the olive oil, then in the dukkah).
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 3/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons pistachios
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
D I R E C T I O N S
Toast the pumpkin seeds and pistachios in a small skillet until warm (about 2 minutes). Add the other seeds and continue to toast for 3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and add peppercorns, salt. Pulse until they are coarsely chopped. The spice can be stored in an airtight in a cool place for up to 1 week.
