Crispy Cauliflower Balls

When I was in university, every week my roommates and I were liking to eat fried cauliflower. It was always my favorite meal all the time but day by day I try to live healthily. So I had decided to bake the cauliflower. But still love fried cauliflower!

Ingredients

1 small head of cauliflower ( about 3 cups)

1/3 cup cream cheese

1/4 parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup panko bread crumbs

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt to taste

Directions

Steam the cauliflower until soft. In a food processor, add soft cauliflower, parmesan, and cream cheese then pulse until smooth. Add salt and paper, pulse again.

Then put them in the refrigerator in 1 hour or more.

Before you decide to bake them preheat the oven 400F.

1 hour later, scoop the cauliflower and coat it to the panko bread crumbs. Repeat with remaining balls. Place them into a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until balls are golden.

Serve warm!
