One of my favorite guilt-free snacks is fruits…
They are natural and full of vitamins. On summer time, I prefer to eat fresh fruits, like watermelon… When it’s so hot, we need to stay hydrated. So snacking on watermelon is great because mostly made of water… Also, it’s crisp and refreshing! As I said, watermelon is made of water, sugar as well… Doesn’t matter sugar comes from nature, it is not healthy eating too much.
Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon
- A heart-shaped cookie cutter
Steps:
Slice the watermelon in half with a sharp knife and cut slim slices rather than wedges.
Lay flat on a flat surface and press the heart cookie cutter firmly.. Repeat until you’ve run out of room.
Serve chilled..
