Those cans of chickpeas are amazing taste. Oven-roasted chickpeas are simple but delicious, healthy and crispy. This savory snack is easy to eat by the handful and you may use in your salad as a good taste. Sometimes I use as a decoration on my tomato soup! Here is my recipe;
Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
¾ Himalayan salt
Seasoning
Directions
Heat the oven to 375°F. Drain the chickpeas, rinse thoroughly under running water. Pat the chickpeas with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Remove the chickpeas skins. Put the chickpeas in a bowl, add salt and olive oil. Stir with a spatula and then transfer on the baking sheet.
Roast the chickpeas for 40 minutes. Stir them every 10 minutes. Last 5 minutes add your favorite seasoning/ spices. Enjoy!
