Salsa verde aka Green sauce is very popular in the Mexican kitchen. There is two way to make the sauce; one of the recipes with green tomato one of is with the only jalapeno. I tried to make an easy, simple, and quick delicious taste.
Ingredients;
- 1 small bunch Italian parsley
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1/2 extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions;
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse a few times. 15 minutes before serving.
Keep in the fridge appr. 2 weeks.
